Customer Satisfaction Policy: Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Jofallt. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms, which apply exclusively to deliveries within the United States.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility Period: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

  • Condition Requirements: Items must be returned unused and in pristine condition, including all original tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

2. Initiating a Return

  • Return Label: Our shipments do not include a prepaid return label.

  • Process: To start your return, please email us at support@jofallt.com with your order number, full name, a copy or screenshot of your receipt, and a brief explanation of your reason for returning the item. If possible, attach images or a short video showing any damage or defect.

3. Refunds

  • Review & Notification: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the outcome.

  • Processing Time: If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow an extra 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to finalize the credit.

4. Exchanges

  • When Applicable: We offer exchanges solely for items that are defective, damaged, or do not match your order (including issues like size discrepancies).

  • Procedure: To request an exchange, contact us at support@jofallt.com with the details mentioned above. For defective products, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.

  • After Production Begins: Once production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.

  • Important Reminder: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct (including street name and house number), as any issues arising from an incorrect address will be the customer’s responsibility.
